Trauma-Informed Counselling for Adults

A Safe space to pause, breathe and begin again

Feeling stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed?

You’re not alone.

At Innercircle Counselling, I offer compassionate support to adults navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re moving through loss, change, stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, you don’t have to carry it on your own.

This is a space to gently make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and begin to find your way forward.

With Lisa, you know you will be seen, heard, and safe.”

A calm, safe space to breathe, relax and simply be

I’m Lisa, a PACFA-registered clinical counsellor based in Brisbane. I offer a compassionate, supportive space for adults navigating life’s more complex and tender moments.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure, you don’t have to carry that on your own. You don’t need the perfect words either. Just come as you are, and we’ll begin there.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in deep respect for your story, your pace, and what matters most to you. Together, we gently make sense of what’s been weighing on you, finding a way forward that feels right and sustainable.

“Sitting in a session with Lisa feels like a warm hug.”

What can I support you with?

Life often takes unexpected turns, leaving you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, grieving, or caught in unhelpful patterns. I support adults navigating a variety of challenges such as stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, and the quiet fatigue that comes from carrying too much for too long.

Together, we will explore what lies beneath these feelings and experiences, finding ways to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

I go about my days feeling less anxious and more in tune with myself.”
— BB

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, support is here for you. Counselling is offered in person at Manly West and online for your convenience. Appointments are available on weekdays with flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy life. I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey.

'"Even one session can make a huge, positive difference.”
— Lynn
