Grief has no set timeline. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve carried for years, this space is dedicated to acknowledging what has been lost and exploring how it has impacted your life.
I provide a compassionate environment where you can process your emotions, find support, and work towards healing at your own pace. My goal is to help you navigate the complex feelings that come with loss and to support you in rediscovering meaning and hope.
Family Roles & Patterns
You might be noticing old patterns playing out in your current relationships, or feeling the weight of expectations that aren’t yours to carry. We can gently explore these dynamics and begin to shift what no longer serves you.
Understanding the roles you have taken on within your family system can offer valuable insights into your behaviour and emotional responses. These roles, whether as the caregiver, the peacemaker, the rebel, or others, can influence how you connect with others and how you see yourself.
Through compassionate exploration, we work together to identify these patterns and the beliefs that maintain them. This process helps to create space for new ways of relating that support your wellbeing and personal growth.

Services and Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
Available in-person at Manly West or Carindale.
Online sessions are accessible from anywhere in Australia.
Fee
$130 per session.
Payment Details
Payment is required on the day of the session.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
An invoice will be emailed to you following your session.
